So feel free to correct me if I’m wrong , but I’m pretty sure she’s wearing a strapless ball gown? or a ball gown with a single strap falling of his/her shoulder, which I’m not even sure why I think is so funny… what witches with that much sad knowingness in their eyes aren’t allowed to feel pretty?
