Judge’s Commentary – In contrast to first and second place, this entry won me over by it’s simplicity mixed with the minimal and confident lines used to draw the character. At first glance it looks like the head is being chased, but I like to think it’s looking back at the mangled, still warm remains of it’s last victim as it howls an echoing shrill into the midnight sky.
