Where Roller Derby and Mythical Beasts Collide!

So we’ve got a judge from the Windy City Rollers! We’ve got 4 pairs of derby tickets to go to our winners (and yes first place still gets a mug) and for the first time we’re, not limiting you to one particular Mythical Beast. Draw one, draw 12, do what you must, I just ask that you put em in some f*ing roller skates and don’t just make this sh*t up. All you have to do is follow the same guidelines i do when picking our weekly beasts… there should be some reference to the legend of said beast somewhere, a book, the interweb, tattooed on your grandma’s behind… do i need to see it? No… but will i know that the Tri-socks-alot is just a made up beast from your 2nd grade young authors book… probably… and who needs that embarrassment?

Odds are there are going to be some new faces floating through this week so as a really brief refresher, this is a drawing contest based on “good-ness”, not talent, winners are picked by our judges for whatever criteria they deem appropriate, whether it be humor, nudeness, or as one judge phrased it “quantity of obvious social disorders displayed per drawing”. So don’t try too hard and have fun with it, cause that’s why we’re all here.

Our Judge this week was Windy City Roller, Beast draw-er and now officially a Mythical Beast Drawing Promoter, Bork Bork Bork! I really appreciate the cross promotion, I look forward to watching everyone skate tonight and beyond that I don’t know a ton more so let’s get to judgement!
